If you guys don’t know this already, I’m a big Vocaloid fan. I enjoy exploring the internet for new songs featuring everyone’s favorite virtual pop idol: Hatsune Miku. Eventually, she became so famous here in the USA that Sega came out with a new rhythm game for all of us Americans to enjoy, featuring all the pop idol’s greatest hits.

Now that there are game like Project Diva F 2nd, Project Mirai DX for 3DS and the newly announced Project Diva X, I think this is the best time to look back at the first installment that was released. Was this game worth the jump of the pond, or should it have stayed in Japan?
