Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy Coming to Nintendo Switch

I don’t know anything about Naruto, which is pretty weird coming from someone like me that is super into all kinds of anime. To not have seen or read Naruto is like playing video games and not knowing who Sonic the Hedgehog is. But nevertheless, I’ve been able to pick up a few things from other Youtubers that are into it, so I’m not completely out of the dark. On top of that, I’ve seen a couple of highlights of some fight online and it honestly looks really awesome. Maybe I don’t have as much time as I used to, but I can totally make some time for a more compressed version of the story through these games.

I say this because the announcement of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy coming to the Nintendo Switch sounds like the perfect opportunity for me to get into it. Apparently, the game is coming to the Switch on April 26 in both Japan and Europe. All versions outside of Japan will only be available digitally, which might be a bummer for people that don’t want to use up all of that space. There is still no date for an American release, but European announcements usually tend to be followed up with news about a North American release.

The collection includes all three Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm games and their respective DLC. The game already out now for PS4, Xbox One and PC, but if you’re like me and value the possibility of taking these games with you anywhere, then the Switch version might be the one for you.
