Do any of you remember back when Summer Lesson was announced? When the trailers came out, there was Hikari Miyamoto, the girl that is featured in the current game, but there was also a second girl named Alison Snow. This English-speaking girl showed up briefly in one of the trailers, but we didn’t hear much from her ever since.

However, that is about to change as a there is now new information about a second Summer Lesson featuring that very character coming out in Japan on June 22. Summer Lesson: Alison Snow Seven Days Garden is a follow up that features the same tutor from the previous game that is now tutoring Alison. Development is now 90% complete on it and is pretty much right around the corner. There is still no confirmation of whether this will get an physical Asian release with English subtitles, similar to the Hikari Miyamoto game, but it’s be great if there was one eventually.

The following are some interesting bullet points about the game that have recently come out. All of it was translated by Sal Romano over at Gematsu, so go check out the sources below and give him some love:

• It will cost 2,759 yen.
• A 7,704 yen DX Pack including four downloadable contents will also be available:
  •   Additional Experience: International Exchange on the Veranda
  •  Additional Experience: Singing of the Summer Sky
  • Extra Scene: Support Chapter
  •   Extra Scene: Water Melon Cutting Chapter
• The concept is a space where you can heal just by looking at it.
• In the demo, Alison Snow spoke English, but it will reach the point that she speaks Japanese.
• Contrary to her appearance, Alison Snow is quiet, kind, warm and snug. She is also passionate about music.
• If you have save data showing good results from Summer Lesson: Hikari Miyamoto Seven Days Room, a topic item will be added in Summer Lesson: Alison Snow Seven Days Garden. If you already purchased downloadable content for Hikari Miyamoto, it will also be available for Alison Snow.
• Summer Lesson will not end with Alison. Additional content is planned one after the next in the future.
• The game is set on the veranda of a Japanese house.
• You play as the very same person who taught Hikari Miyamoto.
• If you have the retail version of Summer Lesson: Seven Days Room or the “Cafe Chapter” downloadable content, you can access the cafe costume from the beginning of the game.
• Development is 90 percent complete.

Personally, I’m very excited to see what they make with this. I really liked Summer Lesson, so I’m happy to see that they want to take the concept further. I’ll be sure to look out for it when it comes out.
