River City: Knights of Justice Coming To The West This Summer

Originally out in Japan as Nekketsu Mahou Monogatari, Natsume has announced on their Twitter account that this game will arrive to North America and Europe this summer. It will be renamed to River City: Knights of Justice and will be available on the 3DS e-Shop. It seems that it will be a River City Ransom-style beat-em-up game set in a fantasy RPG, which sounds pretty cool to me.

Above, you can see the opening movie for the Japanese version of the game. Although it doesn’t show much gameplay, it certainly shows the playful and comedy feel that these games usually have, like maintaining their pixelated look since the NES days. River City: Knights of Justice will be available to play at E3 2017 from June 13-15, so maybe we’ll get some opinions on it when more people get their hands on it.
