A Koei Tecmo financial report might have revealed that Persona 5 Scramble, the sort-of sequel Musou follow-up to Persona 5, will be arriving to the West at some point. There is no confirmed release date, but it’s safe to assume that we should keep our eyes peeled for a formal announcement of some sort. Now would be worth remembering that this game is more of a Koei Tecmo/Omega Force product, as opposed to an Atlus one. This means that the handling of the game might be a bit different, which includes how fast it’ll release, or if it’ll even have an English dub at all.
The best thing to do right now is to wait for more official details regarding this release instead of making assumptions or jumping to conclusions, such as assuming it’ll have an English dub (and if it does, assuming that none of the voices will get changed, which happens all the time with every new Persona release), or that the Persona 5 Royal characters will be in it (Spoilers: they won’t), or that Atlus won’t once again threaten to get streams and videos online taken down to avoid spoilers. My prediction is that no one will keep any of this in mind and everyone will get mad at Atlus for all of it, which will most likely be a Koei Tecmo problem; that is if I end up being right at all. I hope I’m wrong.
